We spent time with brokers on the Gold Coast for a session that focused on stepping back and reading the market with a clearer lens.

Rather than just talking growth in general terms, the conversation dug into what current conditions are signalling for brokers – where pressure is showing up for clients, how deal conversations are changing, and what that means for how brokers position themselves moving forward. We explored how mindset, structure and a clearly defined point of difference all play a role when the market isn’t straightforward.

It was a thoughtful, forward-looking session with strong discussion, practical insights, and plenty of ideas brokers could take away and build on in the months ahead.
