We finished our 2025 professional development sessions in Sydney with a chance to slow things down, take stock, and reset heading into the new year.

The session gave brokers space to reflect on what the past 12 months really looked like, where momentum was gained or lost, and what needs to change going into 2026. We talked openly about mindset, consistency, follow-through and how broker conversations are evolving as the market tightens and expectations shift.

It was a thoughtful, end-of-year session focused less on noise and more on clarity – leaving brokers with a sharper view of what to prioritise as they head into 2026.
