If you’re calling Bruce, it’s usually because the deal’s not straightforward.
That’s exactly where he does his best work.
He’s not here to dress things up or talk in circles. He’s here to figure out if it can be done – and if it can, get it done.
Q & A with Bruce…
- What type of client do you find yourself going to bat for most often?
Clients who’ve got a story behind them.
Past issues, a few knocks along the way – but they’re back working and need the right asset to keep things moving.
- Walk us through what a “good ARG deal” looks like to you.
Someone with a solid income stream or contract in place, but their history is holding them back.
If the work’s there and the asset’s going to help them earn, that’s a deal worth pushing through.
- Fast Lane or Standard Product – which do you find yourself using more, and why?
Standard, most of the time.
Gives more flexibility around the upfront, which can make or break a deal.
- What do you wish brokers knew before sending you a deal?
We’re not here to talk rates.
We’re here to find a way to get the deal done.
- In the first 60 seconds of a call, what does a broker need to tell you for you to know it’s an ARG deal?
How long they’ve been operating, what’s happened in the past, and whether the asset is going to generate income.
That tells me pretty quickly if we’re on the right track.
- What’s your karaoke anthem – the one you’d belt out if we forced you on stage?
Let’s just say… I’m better at getting deals done than holding a mic.
- If you were a ute, which make or model would you be – and why?
Any 4×4 dual cab that can tow a trailer.
Built to work, no nonsense.
- When Monday’s chaos, what’s your go-to coffee order?
Double shot latte. No messing around.
- What’s something people wouldn’t expect?
Fishing and camping with the kids whenever I get the chance.
10. Want to run a deal?
If the banks have said no, that doesn’t always mean it’s over.
Give Bruce a call and run it past him – you’ll know pretty quickly where you stand.
