Standard: Flexibility & structuring

The Standard Product is ARG’s core approval pathway. Any deal that doesn’t meet Fast Lane criteria moves here because it needs the benefit of manual review, professional judgement, and deal structuring.

This is where ARG applies its strength: understanding context, evaluating earning potential, and shaping a workable agreement that supports the client responsibly.

Vehicles & Sourcing

ARG’s asset policy is a cornerstone of how our Rent To Buy model works. Because our solution is built around a client’s earning potential, the vehicle must be reliable, commercially practical, and capable of supporting consistent income.

We focus on “vanilla assets” that hold their value, demonstrate predictable performance, and directly contribute to the client’s work.

🚐 Light Commercial
(utes, vans, light trucks)

These are our bread-and-butter, “vanilla assets”.

  • Under 12yrs old and less than 200,000km preferred
  • Over 7yrs old and outside our km preference = inspection required
  • OEM dealership = inspection can be waived

🚗 Passenger Vehicles

Commercial use proof may be needed.

  • Same age/km rules as light commercial

🚚 Heavy Commercial

Limited circumstances only.

  • Under 12yr, full service history
  • ECU download may be required

Sourcing Channels

Best quality assurance. ICE vehicles purchased from OEM dealerships exempt from inspections.
🛻 ARG In-Stock
Workshop-checked. MFP from 6%. Fast Lane eligible.

Considered. Minimum 20% MFP for depreciation risk.
