FAQ

Our job is to make sure you get the right ute and/or equipment to get the job done. For some customers this will be the exact ute they had in mind, while for others it may not be the exact make and model, but we’ll make sure it’s the one that can get the job done. This is why it’s important to get in touch with us and give us as much information as you can so that we can source the right ute with our accredited dealers and give you the most accurate quote.
We provide commercial vehicles and/or equipment under Rent To Buy contracts over 12 to 60 months, with a guaranteed buy-out price available for the end of every year, including at the completion of the rental term.

Our business is built around helping you own a commercial vehicle, regardless of your past. So while it’s a rental to begin with, and in ARG’s name, you look after it like it’s your own because the goal is that it will be.

In terms of timing, all ARG customers have the opportunity to buy their vehicle outright after the first 12 months of their Rent To Buy contract. The purchase prices for each year of the contract are agreed upon upfront (when you sign the contract) so you’ll always know in advance how much the vehicle costs to buy.

You sure can. In fact, we encourage it.

And we stick to our ethos of believing in our customers’ potential so much that all ARG customers are instantly enrolled in our Good Payment Program – meaning if you stay on top of your rental payments you get a cheaper buy-out price when it’s time to purchase.

We’re people too, so we understand that in life circumstances sometimes change.

While we want to see you own your own ute – after all, that’s what we’re here for – you’re not obliged to buy it at the end of your rental contract.
